Pre-Event

- volunteer recruitment
- grounds and maintenance

- work with the Art Exhibit committee for setup
- installations, panels, lights, etc
- decorations and design for main and secondary rooms
- peace tent design and set-up
Wednesday, November 10
I can donate my time and expertise with:

Thursday, November 11
I can donate my time and expertise with:
- set up (during day)
- helper/greeter
- parking attendant
- art sales team
- tickets sales team
- prayer tent helper/greeter
- community vision map helper/greeter
- stage hand
Friday, November 12
I can donate my time and expertise with:
- set up (during day)
- food prep and service
- helper/greeter
- parking attendant
- art sales team
- tickets sales team
- prayer tent helper/greeter
- community vision map helper/greeter
- stage hand
- art raffle assistant
Saturday, November 13

- clean up of campus (2 to 7 pm)
