Messengers
John the Baptist was the forerunner for the Messiah, but he did not do it alone, he had helpers called “disciples”:
35 Again the next day after John stood, and two of his DISCIPLES; (John 1:35)
18 And the DISCIPLES of John shewed him of all these things. (Luke 7:18)
Jesus did many things on His own, but He too had helpers, also called disciples, and “apostles” and other “seventy.”
1 After these things the Lord appointed other SEVENTY also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. (Luke 10:1–2)
13 And when it was day, he called unto him his DISCIPLES: and of them he chose twelve, whom also he named APOSTLES; (Luke 6:13)
It should be understood that the prophecy of the “Messenger of the Covenant” who will prepare the way for the Messiah’s return will also have helpers; therefore the prophecy should be read in the plural:
1 Behold, I will send my messenger[s], and
hethey shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger[s] of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts. (Malachi 3:1-3)
To prepare the citizens of Israel, the House of Israel, and the general public, there needs to be a missionary force the size of which the world has never before seen.
Pre 11:11 Event
These Messengers will, as it says, “prepare the way” for the return of Jesus, whom it is said, will come after the Christian church has completely apostatized (which it has for those who have eyes to see):
1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; (2 Thessalonians 2:1–3)
His original Good News or Gospel will, therefore, need to be re-taught:
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. (Acts 3:19–21)
Post 11:11 Event
After the 11:11 Event, there will come many requests from all over the world to learn what this Shekinah is, and what happens next. The Messengers must be ready to fulfill speaking requests by the millions from every school, church, business, government, town, village, synagogue, mosque, and news agency throughout the earth.
Shekinah
In God’s mercy, He is sending His son Jesus Christ in His Shekinah form first—as a prelude to when He steps foot on the Mount of Olives.
